Here is the Continental x8 1-8x24i ED Fiber LPVO Rifle Scope review from Sebastian Wickert.
Review for the Vector Optics Continental x8 1-8x24i ED Fiber SCOC-45
One thing straight away: the illumination of this rifle scope is awesome. But more on that in a moment. I've been testing the Continental x8 for a while now at distances of up to 200m. It features a 30mm T6061 monotube, repeatable flat turrets, with good acoustic and haptic feedback and lock function, as well as 1/10 MIL adjustment. The optical system comes from Germany and uses LaREE lenses with VePRO multi-coating. The light transmission reaches up to 93%, making it an excellent companion at dawn and dusk for hunters, but sport shooters will also appreciate this rifle scope. Now there are a few specs:

The Continental was mainly shot at 50m and 100m paper targets, but also at 200m poppers. As with all products in the Continental series, the imaging performance is excellent. The result is natural colors and a sharp, high-contrast image with very good brightness. The VET-FDR reticle with holding marks is etched in glass and illuminated in 11 levels. The center illumination is ultra bright! Even in strong sunlight on a white wall, I didn't have to set it higher than level 8. It is fully suitable for daylight. Personally, I would still like to be able to choose between different reticles when purchasing. The eye relief and eyebox are generous, even at maximum magnification. The rifle scope is ideal for dynamic shooting, for hunters, but also for static shooting at short to medium distances for target shooters. The SCOC-45 is a real allrounder and will serve you well.
In terms of quality, Vector Optics is again at a very high level. The 30mm monotube is nitrogen filled, black hard anodized and extremely durable. It is also waterproof according to IPX67. Recoil resistance is guaranteed up to and including .338 Lapua Magnum. Everything leaves a high-quality impression. Tight, not too stiff zoom ring and a few nice flat turrets. The 1/10 MIL adjustment works precisely. The turrets also have a lock function and zero reset. The adjustment range for height and side is 40MIL each.
Vector Optics offers its T-VIP Lifetime Warranty on all of its Continental Series products. Its price/performance ratio, coupled with the lifetime guarantee, make it a very interesting rifle scope for hunters and shooters.
In conclusion, you can say that Vector Optics has created a great allround rifle scope with the SCOC-45, which reticle is, above all, daylight bright illuminated. The imaging performance, brightness and sharpness will surely surprise you. I have consistently achieved very good results with the Continental. So if you are looking for a rifle scope suitable for twilight lighting or an ultra-bright red dot reticle, you should take a closer look at the 1-8x24i Fiber.
