The Vector Optics Orion Max Pro 6-24x50 HD FFP scope is a high-quality, first-focal-plane (FFP) rifle scope designed for precision shooting and hunting applications. It features a 6-24x magnification range, a 50mm objective lens, and a 30mm tube diameter. The scope has a rugged, anodized aluminum construction, is waterproof, fog-proof, and shockproof. Come with 5 year warranty. You have a choice between 1/4MOA or 1/10 MIL.

What I tested and saw:

- Clarity:The scope offers excellent optical clarity, providing a sharp and clear image even at high magnifications.

- Adjustments: The turret adjustments are smooth and easy to use, allowing for quick and precise changes.

- Zero stop: The zero stop feature ensures that the scope returns to its original zero setting, even after adjustments.

- Locking windage: The windage adjustment can be locked in place, preventing accidental changes.

- Testing .22 Rimfire Rifle CZ 457 Synthetic 16” series: I tested the scope on my .22 Rimfire Rifle CZ 457 Synthetic 16” series and was impressed with its performance. The scope held zero well and tracked accurately, even at longer ranges.

Cons:

- Difficult to remove turret caps: I found it challenging to remove the turret caps, which made it harder to adjust the scope.

- ⁠No battery included for illuminated reticle: The scope came without a battery for the illuminated reticle, which was inconvenient and required an extra purchase.

Overall feeling and recommendation:

The Vector Optics Orion Max Pro 6-24x50 HD FFP scope is an excellent choice for those seeking a high-quality scope at an affordable price. Its clarity, ease of adjustments, and zero stop feature make it an excellent option for precision shooting and hunting applications. After testing it on my .22 Rimfire Rifle CZ 457 Synthetic 16” series, I was impressed with its performance and accuracy. While it may have some minor drawbacks, such as difficult turret cap removal and no included battery for the illuminated reticle, these are largely outweighed by its performance and value. I highly recommend this scope to anyone in the market for a reliable and accurate optic. Looking forward to my first competition with this scope!
